How do I allow downloading logos on mobile or cellular data?
Learn how to allow downloading the brand logo database over mobile or cellular data, not just wifi
By default, the brand logo database is only downloaded over WiFi, to give you control over your mobile / cellular data usage. To change this, go to Settings > Sync Status, and then toggle on “Allow downloads on mobile data”. You can tap check for updates to trigger a refresh immediately, otherwise the app checks for access and for new logos in the database each time it is opened.
If the brand logo database shows zero logos available, or hasn’t updated when it should, this is likely why!
