The brand logos need specific formatting to work with Widget, Apple Watch and Apple Wallet. It’s not possible for the app to format a photo or image selected from your library to the correct format. Instead, you can use the form here or send an email from within the app to request logos, and typical turn around time is within 72 hours! No brand is too small or too local, as long as they have a website that is all that is required. There are over 2000 logos available in app, and over 1000 of those have been requested since the feature launched early 2024. So please don’t hesitate to request a logo if a card you use is missing!
