Are your Home Screen widgets not displaying logos? The widget does display logos, so if they’re not showing up this isn’t working right. This can happen for a couple of reasons:
  • the logo was just updated, and the sync from the iOS app to the widget hasn’t completed
  • the widget has been unable to access the card / brand details
The most reliable fix is to restart your device, and this usually works, but sometimes it also just requires waiting a couple of hours. This nearly always resolves itself after a few hours. The widgets can be a little tricky, and the communication with the main app can get stuck. If this happens, there is no way for the iOS app to then send a message of any kind or update, so the only solution is to try and restart your device. This then forces the widget to restart, and usually fixes the communication with the app. This has been reported quite frequently, and I’m still looking into longer term improvements (one day I’ll hopefully be able to delete this page!)
